We use aluminum posts as opposed to standard wood posts. Aluminum posts are less invasive to your clients yard. Aluminum posts also require less maintenance which means they'll look great, for longer. It also means that we're not constantly contaminating the environment with paint, or killing trees to manufacture new posts. Our sign posts accommodate sign panels as large as 30" across, and also feature adjustable rider screws for easy rider installation.
We know that time is money, and that once you sign your exclusive right to sell, your clients are excited and can't wait to see your sign in their yards! For this reason, we make every effort to have your sign panel in place within 48 business hours of your order. To help expedite this, we ask that you provide detailed information when placing your order. Some properties can be difficult to locate, so descriptions of the home, as well as crossroads are appreciated.
Based out of New Haven, MI; we service Southeastern Michigan. Sign installations within 25 miles of our location are covered by our standard fee. We are HAPPY to deliver signs outside of our coverage area, but please know that all deliveries outside of the 25 mile radius will be subject to a surcharge, determined by distance, travel time and other variables. 2. Rentals are automatically renewed, and subject to a $15 renewal charge. This charge will appear on the next billing cycle's invoice.
3. Sign posts are the property of BG Sign Co. They may not be removed from the property they were ordered for at anytime, without express permission in writing from BG Sign Co. Your installation fee includes removal, please let us take care of this for you!
4. Sign panels are the property of you! We are happy to store them for free, but we don't clean them, paint them, or maintain them. If they are broken, stolen, damaged while out on a property, we cannot be responsible for such occurrences
5. Sign riders, lock boxes, flyer boxes, solar sign lights, and any other accessory that is affixed to the sign post (with the exception of the panel itself) is the sole responsibility of the agent on the sign panel. If we are dispatched to a home and find that any of these items are affixed to the panel, we will remove it, and leave it at the home for your pickup.
6. BG Sign Co. cannot be held responsible for damage to underground utilities or sprinkler systems. If you think there's a chance of underground utilities or sprinkler systems, contact Miss Dig or ask your seller to define where they would like the sign placed.
7. Invoices will be issued via PayPal during the first week of each month. Invoices will be issued to the email address you use to place your order. If you prefer to have your invoice sent to an alternate e-mail address, please make note of the preferred email address in the order e-mail.
8. Please be sure to order your sign removal within a timely manner after closing/listing withdraw or listing expiration. Please advise your clients not to remove post or panel out, lock it up, place it in a gated or otherwise inaccessible area. If we arrive and cannot access the post and panel, you will be charged a trip fee. If we make more than one trip and are unable to recover the post, you will be charged a trip fee for each unsuccessful attempt, along with a missing post fee.
9. Help us Help you! No detail is too small! If there's something you can tell us about the property you're selling, tell us! These details will ensure that we're installing your sign at the right property, in the right area. If you're selling a home on a corner lot, and you'd like your post at the peak of the corner as opposed to center front, tell us. We're happy to accommodate, if we know in advance of our trip to the home. If you give us an address and tell us it's a brown home, and we arrive and it's blue, there might be a problem with our mapping, or an error in the address entered. If we know what we're looking for, we'll know to call you if it doesn't seem accurate. This saves us a trip, and you a trip fee. :)
